Acceptance of Terms of Use

  • Promotes illegal activities or violates any law.

  • Contains or promotes illegal copies of copyrighted work.
  • Intends to threaten, stalk, defame, degrade, victimize, or intimidate anyone.
  • Contains viruses or harmful technologies.

Prohibitions on Sending Messages

Do not send messages containing:

  • Offers to make national or international money transfers for amounts exceeding the asking price of a service, intending to request a refund of part of the payment.
  • Unsolicited advertising or promotions.
  • Messages in violation of the Terms of Use.

DFCL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and take legal action against anyone who violates the Terms of Use.

Consequences of Violating Terms

DFCL reserves the right to take legal and technical actions to prevent violations of the Terms of Use, including suspending or terminating your Account, deleting content, and taking legal action against violators. You may be required to indemnify DFCL for damages resulting from such violations.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising from your use of the Product are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your use of the Product must be brought in the competent courts of Bangladesh.

If any provision of the Terms of Use is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
